Okanagan Challenge are Triple Crown Winners 2009

August 9 - The Okanagan Challenge defeated the Vancouver Thunderbirds 3-0 in the Kennedy Cup final on Sunday August 9, thereby earning the rare distinction of being PCSL Triple Crown winners: League, Challenge and Kennedy Cup winners for the 2009 Season. The 2009 Kennedy Cup runners up were FC Swoosh of Oregon who defeated Seattle Wolves 3-2 in the consolation final. The last club to achieve Triple Crown honours was Victoria United in 2004.
